2 months ago an international flight returning me home was delayed, resulting in me finding alternative transport back to the Gautrain station to retrieve my car. On arrival there I was told, that I could not get my car, or indeed even access it to get my house keys out. I raised the complaint through the provided channels and after being noisy over a few days they finally responded, saying that they were discussing a solution. Today I asked for feedback, and there seems to have been no progress, and no feedback is forthcoming.
I'd like a manager to respond to me in person, and explain the delay.
