Good day, I parked my car at Hatfield station on Wednesday 17 July. I went to work with the Gautrain. When I returned the same day on the 17th at the Oevening, I couldn't start my car because of a faulty ignition. I even asked a family member to bring me a spare key, but it didn't work. The only way was to return on the 18th July with the assistance of a locksmith. The best identified solution was for the locksmith to remove the ignition and to start the motor for me and for me to follow him to his repair centre. Now here is the shock. Gautrain Hatfield charges me R200 for parking. This is the only solution that I could us for my car to be repaired. Now, Gautrain might ask me to make a compliant at their website, but I'm not convinced that complaints are even addressed. The reason is, I complaint about the out of order paper dispenser at the mens toilets at Hatfield station about 4 weeks ago and it is still faulty.
