I used the Gautrain for three days during September 2013. Some buss drivers were skipping red lights, some cards purchased in a group was blacklisted, extra money spent has still not been reimbursed, it took an hour to get them to implement an alternative plan fro remainder of group of cards, a black friend was harassed as an alleged because of one of these blacklisted cards, it took more than double the time by train and bus than it did for a car in peak traffic between station 12 of Midrand bus route and Rhodesfield, and the assistants cant calculate fees correctly resulting in me walking up and down and paying time after time for me and others in group to fix their calculation errors - this is not efficient public transport.
