I fell down a flight of stairs at work and fractured my ankle in March. My mobility was very limited for quite some time and had to rely on crutches, attend physiology consults and soforth. To date my claim for compensation has yet to be be attended to. I don't think it has even acquired a claim number. Despite calling the helpline and waiting for extended periods (today being 40 miuntes) I have not been assisted. Please let me know what the point is of making such contributions if the claims are processed at such speed that makes a snail look like a Ferarri. Since the elections are coming up and you will kissing respective behinds to garner support, how about kissing mine and help me process my claim before South Africa has a female president.
