This morning I went to Wadeville Licencing Department just after nine and I after a while they inform us that there are no more learner licence application forms available. We need to come back tomorrow!!! As easy as that!!! In my eyes a useless place!!! I was there for about 10 minutes and they only opened this morning at 09:00 how is it possible that there are no forms available and please don't forget their attitude towards you and also they don't answer any calls. I phoned Edenvale, Bedfordview, Alberton & Boksburg licencing departments but guess what they don't even bother to answer their phones one of the stations was not in service.
