Metro bus not keeping up with arrival times

Metro bus service is slacking! This bus is supposed to arrive at the stop by 6:20 and now arrives @ 6:30 overloaded! There is no space for passengers! This bus cant even move at a normal speed the way its so overloaded, there is another bus that follows 15mins later but it seems like the first bus now waits for the 2nd buses passengers... we never had this issue before with the bus only recently, im a regular on this bus and im not happy with this service, I now get to work everyday late!. can metro just sort this out cause as I said im a regularand this is a recent thing with the bus arriving late, I cant be late for work everyday just becaue of the drivers not keeping up with times...
