In April, 2013, i put in a claim after being hit by a car who jumped an intersection. As a result of the accident i shattered my femor and pelvis, damaged my lower spine, my knee and all the muscles in my leg.
I had hoped that during the time of recovery my claim with ffw would have had plenty time to have been sorted out by their assessors and due to the fact that the accident was of no fault of mine, the claim should have no reason to be delayed.
I have been dealing with Shaun Bassett, at first, it really seemed like he was there to help me.
He started off by calling me to ensure all of my documents were sent through so my claim could be processed, then i had to start calling him, and then i had to start mailing him and leaving messages for him to get back to me. I have since been told that a 'SPECIALIST ' has been assigned to my claim.
It's now going on 4 months with not so much as a word from anyone from ffw. I'm really dissatisfied with the way in which this claim is being handled. All i want is to be paid out for my personal belongings i lost due to the accident.
It makes me ask the question of why someone would want to use ffw as an insurance company.
