I must send emails the whole time to follow up from my previous complaint on Hellopeter and now the claim for the R540 has been submitted wrong by your own people and processed and then rejected 5 times in total since the 10th
its the 22nd today and we only received our money from 12 march a month later
you still owe us R540 and R260.70 for 10 April and these claims have not even been processed correctly for payment after 12 days
and then I want to know how to claim for the PMB so that I can send in the claims
what is going on that your service is this pathetic
