On 26/09/13 electricity disconnected due to apparent non payment of account despite it being paid 3 days prior. Only turned back on after 17:00 on 27th. Went off again on 28th due to faulty breaker which the contractor was aware of. Turned back on a few hours later. Today disconnection notice found in gate for neighbours property, our electricity was turned off!!! Told to wait 4 to 24 hrs for service to be reconnected for their mistake! Just tired of this now. Service is shocking, none of it is our fault yet we sit with the problem.
