Refund not done to date

My mother in law Mrs J Slaffa was in hospital and we had to pay R25000 into the hospitals account. When my mother in Law was discharged we filled in all the refund forms and was promised that the refund will be done by early January. She was discharged on the 7 Dec 2012. When we followed up we were given the run around by all parties involved. We spoke to Mona 011 4890957 at the credit control department, she ref us to Honey on 011 489 0838 she then ref us to Juliet on 011 6896846 and they gave him a vendor number which was 900182138, and we later found out that this was a waybill number. When I called today I spoke to Honey and I was given another waybill number 009931499750 and ref to Nelus that ref me to Marie Bezuidenhout on 011 6896907 and she told me she received the request but to mark it as urgent she needs the approval of Fanie Hanekom. I call Fanie on 011 6898341 but to no-avail. I'm so frustrated at this whole process that I don't know what else I need to do to get our refund. Please help
