& Liars. No delivery, no stock & no refund

I purchased a Raleigh bicycle on the 17th of December for R2750. 6 weeks later bicycle not delivered, called I was then given a waybill number. Called the couriers when it wasn't delivered, they said they didn't have that waybill number. Called Groupon again. Empty promises about delivery eventually get an e-mail to say no stock. They will refund. They sent confirmation of the refund. 5 days later still no money in my account. Numerous calls and e-mail. They request a copy of my bank account showing no money has come. I did this. Called again then they said they will check with the bank and request my banking details to EFT the money. Still no money and no response. You can never speak to the same consultant, excuses like they in meeting, or they no longer work there etc. 2 months down the line still no product or refund. This is daylight!!!
