I ordered a five piece outside set which arrived over 2wks later. When I tried to assemble it, it would not align. Which I than called groupon told them this and asked for a replacement after 2 weeks nothing happened. So I phoned again and asked for refund. 2 weeks later the outside set was collected. I than called to find out about the refund I was told I needed to provide the waybill number. So I sent the waybill number. I called 3 days later to find out if they received everything and were processing the refund.
I got through to a consultant named Desigan who than put me on hold for over 10 minutes, I called immediately after that and the next consultant put the phone down, I called again immediately after that to which the next consultant pretended to not hear me and put the phone down. This is ridiculous, the worse service ever.
