I bought a spa voucher from Groupon. I then called the supplier of the spa treatment to make book an appointment, and she told me she didnt redeem Groupon Vouchers anymore. I called Groupon for my refund, and am told a different story everytime. I have wasted too much airtime with their call centre, and the people I spoke to all could not help. Raen Honey told me they would refund me, Laura said they would credit my Groupon Account, to which I objected because I want my money back. Lindo Ngubelanga said they would refund me, Asheeqah Sampson said they would not refund me if my account was still open. I requested to speak to her manager, and she spoke to him herself, and told me they would close my account and refund me. She then sent me an email requesting my banking details for the refund. I sent them to her but am still waiting. There has been no further communication from Groupon since then.
This is extremely bad service, and I do not see myself doing business with them again. I am extremely disappointed!
