Unfair Fail

The person testing my friend failed her because she didn't stop when the light changed to orange, the light only changed after she was already over the line. Which means if she had stopped she would've been in the way of other vehicles and over the line. I feel it is unfair because if the robot only changed after the wheels were already over the line. I think he failed her unfairly.
