RIDICULOUSLY HIGH BILLING

Mr AS Ragunanan sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] on 03/09/2013, outlining his huge concern for the past water and light accounts which he has been billed for. To his dismay he has not even received any reply/acknowledgement of the e-mail yet. Mr AS Ragunanan was ridiculously billed high for his water and light account for the past few months regardless of all his and his wife's efforts to reduce their utilisation. Such efforts were addressed in the letter as firstly, there are only two adults that live in the residence which is Mr Ragunanan and his wife. Secondly, the geyser is switched off between 10h00 and 15h00 and then again between 18h00 and 08h00. In addition geyser timer switches off geyser between 06h00 and 08h00 and again between 18h00 and 20h00.Thirdly, only the lounge lights are switched on from 18h00 to 20h00.Fourthly, the vacuum cleaner is only used twice a week. Fifthly, Mr and Mrs Ragunanan do not make use of electric heaters.
Sixthly, the washing machine is used on 'quick wash' mode.
Despite such efforts and conditions, the account for this month amounted to R2000.00. Mr Ragunanan demands correction of all these incorrect bills immediately! His number is 0835509838.
