I was working for Visayan security from 28Dec2012 and resigned on the 10th of Feb2013 because the employer was not making any payments in our accounts and so we toke the matter to Labour at which the Labour official kept contacting the employer and he kept promising and promising but never payed up and so few days after that the Labour official also gave us a run around and me i desided to evolve my scorpion lawyer, she opened a case and also she kept contacting the Labour official about fitback and progress of the matter including the employer since from Feb till July2013 (after 5months) when she contacted me back informing me that she's closing the case because now the Labour inspector was refusing to talk to her and will only talk to me but i refused to let her close unresolved case because I'm paying the policy and needed her help but still she did it. on the 28 of Aug13 the Labour inspector also told me that his closing the case... so scorpion i need my money back because i dont know why i was paying you R63 every month if you ain't gonna help me and this is the 3rd case you couldn't resolve.
