My pensioner aunt has been to the department in November 2012 regarding her pension fund and since then she has been sent from pillar to post by both the Polokwane and Rodepoort offices she was advised by the official who is handling the case in rodepoort that she must go the former employer herself and get the proper documentations because they could not fidn the person and the other time the constable told her that he was sick and he won't be able to help her.is the anyway that i can get somebody who actually respect their Job to help?
