Went on my maternity on the 15 november 16 november I submitted my forms was advised that if the previous company refused to sign had to open the case of which I did same day, december I called they said they still waiting for inspector from jhb because the had to send it to jhb because the company is there and again january same story I took the effort to call jhb they said they did not receive anything I had to go back january to open another case well I don't know what happened to my first case they still didn't even bother to send it to jhb again lady called mpumi from jhb had to call them to send it finally they did was assisted at jhb got feedback went back to labour to submit was told by gugu that the money will be paid because they were only waiting for inspectors feedback on my ui19 the journey began again up and downs at labour even went to their supervisor still no help went back to work with no payment just called was advised to call again because the doesn't see my application not even done again they promise to call me while they don't was advised my application was not even done please assist my email is [Email Removed]
