Thank you very much for ruining my month.
Parking fare dispute of R1810 still not refunded after 3 weeks of queries and phone calls and following your processes.
Dealing with Bombela operation's folks is also a pain as you get promised to be phoned back but that never happens. i need to keep phoning you guys to get updates of 'still investigating'.
now even after you guys eventually informed me that i am going to be refunded on the 17th of September i still have not received anything...
You guys are very quickly to take people's money but very slow to pay out YOUR mistakes taking into account that this charge happened with the assistance of Gautrain officials after my car broke down in Hatfield stations parking garage and slept over in Hatfield for 1 night.
I enlisted the manager at Hatfield to assist when we towed the car away from Hatfield to try to avoid this kind of issue but still it happened?
We have now reached this wonderfull long weekend and i have still not received anything from you guys but empty promise that it will be refunded.
