My girlfriend caught the train from Hatfield to Rosebank to meet me after work for dinner. I drove us both back and dropped her off at the Hatfield station, at which time she was charged R100 for a few hours of parking. Seriously? How does using the rail make her a non-rail user? Sounds a bit contradictory as she clearly used your service. It would have been cheaper to catch the train back AND pay parking. How is this logical? How can you justify this? Yet another reason this is a failed system.
