On the morning of 16/0413 I walked into an unmarked window in the main thoroughfare from parking area P2 into the main station forecourt. All passengers utilising the parking must go trough here. I hurt my nose in the impact and it was bleeding. I reported it to a blonde girl manning the pay station at the station. The glass window was the only unmarked window in this area. I can recall it was also broken a while back. I reported the issue to Bombela/Gautrain on the following reference - Gautrain [Ticket #21547] Personal injury at Hatfield Station
They sent various emails why thy are not responsible. They are also contravening the National Building Regulations for access to public areas. This regulation calls for marked glazed areas.
I do not intend to claim. I have urged them many times to mark, delineate or make the public aware that there is an unmarked glass pane. Since my incident others also walked into it and the whole pane is now shattered from an impact.
Since I have reported my incident, nothing has been done to make the area safe.
