Unfortunately that was not that. I am now being harassed by Creditworx for outstanding accounts with Mogale City. They state that my account was reconnected and that it is currently in arrears. I did not reconnect this account as the property was sold and I moved to Cape Town. Someone there reconnected my account without my knowledge or approval. I will not be held liable for mistakes and or committed by Mogale City Municipality.
When a property is sold, a clearance certificate is issued in order for the registration process to be finalized. The registration was done and the property is no longer in my name, this proves that the clearance was done and everything was paid.
I want answers and for Mogale City to be held accountable for their actions. They had the cheek to hand me over to Creditworx, who is now harassing me and is causing me distress which in turn is costing me loss of concentration in my work environment and daily live.
