I'm facing a terrible situation with the Mogale City municipality where they continuously cutting my water supply for no reason. I queried the water leakage for the last four years that's on the meter and their have failed to resolved the matter. The official of Mogale City billed me for the erratic water consumption and kept me liable for the bill. I pay my account more than I suppose to be paying. Their have fixed the meter but they were suppose to monitor the consumption for three months and reverse the incorrect charges. I was without water for eight months and sometimes two months. Their violating my constitutional right as well as human rights.
