3 Days ago I reported a water leak which we cannot repair as there is not access to close the main water supply. Today they confirm that there is NO SUCH STREET in Krugersdorp. 3 Days on a daily basis I have phoned with absolutely no joy to date. I have recorded most of my calls to them and will not pay for this water loss due to their pathetic service. We pay our bills when they become due but we have to fight to get service from them. How would they feel and they react if this happened to them??? They do not have motor fleet, not my problem Mogale City don't make your problem my problem when I pay for a service!!! The fax number provided on the Mogale City website - no answer.
