The municipality cut my electricity without following the right procedure.i never got a notice from them. After it took me 8 months to get my rate and taxes on my account. they send me a bill of R 7500 I went and made arrangements and payed more then half of the account prior to there dates. And still they came and cut my electricity. After i have paid the required amount again. They have sent out 3 different guys to see were the problem with my electricity but none of them have the authority to reconnect my power. What am i supposed to do i have 2 small babies that needs to be fed. and what about my food that is lost because of there incompetence. This all because they don't know what is going on and because the persons that supposedly help u never do.
