I am extremely upset with the lack of service delivery and attitude of most of the employees I've dealt with at the City of Tshwane Municipality. Its bad enough that I've had a power failure which I reported six days ago, but then to have these people transfer you between a thousand people when you call for assistance and then hang up on you in the midst of holding is highly disrespectfully and Ridiculous. I'm not one to loose my cool, but this Municipality has pushed my patience a bit too far today!
