On numerous dates this office reported the faulty/unsafe elevators at Germiston SAPS. The following no. are phoned 0860 004 008 to report the faults, which is only the call center. The company responsible for the repairs is ATCARI, phone no for head office 011 331 7110. This ongoing problem is not acceptable. These elevators are daily used by people with disabilities who are working in this building. Furthermore the lifts are only working for a day or two. I was informed that this is an ongoing problem for - 10 years and that the parts are being used to repair elevators at other buildings/places, which raise questions regarding the service delivery.
