I have tried to phone them but with no result I have Send 4 emails to Thabo and to a Complains department and still not fixed.
they charged me twice for admin fee on my acccount that they not supposed to
I want this fixed today or else I will go to the newspaper
They are soon to switch off electricity but if they made mistakes they cant fix it...
