I live in 5th Street Parkmore, Sandton. My neighbour runs a garden cleaning business and apart from harassing me and my family every day, they block our driveway, turning circle to drive in and out. They pretend not to notice to incite anger and response. The Parkmore community association chairperson is fully aware but is unable to act. I have for the past 2 years requested police to charge the perpetrators but nothing happens. Its almost like the police are working with the offenders. I request formally that Wayne Mienaar send his persons on duty to investigate the morning (7am to 8 am) and afternoon (4.45pm to 6pm) and charge the offenders that park illegally blocking the public road. I pay my taxes but live in fear and intimidation every day from my neighbours. They still are living a life thing this is pre 1994 and we the people of colour are lower class that they can just intimidate and harass. This has been going on for years and getting worse every day.
