I bought electricity via cellphone banking from Capitec on 27/10/2013 and called Capitec customer care and they informed me that my Ref:10327229 will be sent to Admin for them to contact blue label who is their supplier. I followed up again on 03/12/2013 to be told that Admin has no feedback from Blue label regarding my complaint.(ref:1089432).its still not clear who is supposed to send me the voucher as the admin lady at capitec by the name of Michelle has not given any feedback. How long must I wait for something that already has been deducted from my account?
