I've been emailing UNISA and calling trying to substitute one year module with another. I have been getting no responses to my emails. I phoned a couple of numbers that are on the website and I keep on getting different responses or given a different number to call. I am trying to understand why I will be forfeiting my registration amount when I change the module and not canceling my registration. I am post graduate and therefore the closing date for registration hasn't passed yet (15 March). I am being told about how Unisa is loosing the government subsidy if I cancel but I am not canceling, I just want to do a different module than the one I registered for. Why can't the money just be moved to the new module?
