Since 2011 our company has been contacting by phone call, email, fax and courier the Labour Department to register for Workmen's Compensation and cannot get registered for no apparent reason. We have not been contacted or advised besides a letter in 2011 stating that there would be a delay in assisting us as their systems are being changed, since then - NOTHING! We don't know what to do any more, we are being faulted in contracts and tenders as we do not have a letter of good standing from workmens compensation - HOW ON EARTH ARE WE SUPPOSED TO GET ONE??
We have completed all the relevant documents and sent through and we just get absolutely no response, feedback or assistance.
