I am a registered BLS paramedic. I have recently completed my ILS course and posted my registration, certified copy of my Id and my certificate by registered post to the HPCSA for my ILS to be registered. I have continously phoned and emailed to enquire whether my documents have been received and how far my registration is but to no avail. I have received no notification or response and its now 2 months since I've sent my documents. I have also to date paid my BLS registration for another year and also paid my ILS registration (I have proof of payment) but still have no idea if anything is being done or registered.
