I am frustrated and don't know what to do anymore.i invested with alexandra forbes for my providend fund.i submitted my claim on the 19/07/2013 which they processed and told me i'll get my money within six [URL Removed] six weeks i got an sms saying my tax number is incorrect.i called sars several times to sort this out but i'm not winning.i'm in the middle of sars and alexandra forbes and both of them are not helping.i've used a lot of money trying to sort this out with sars and everytime i call i get a different agent and they give me a different response.can someone tame ownership of this query and contact me as this is unacceptable service.i'm loosing out on opportunitiea because of thia hold up with my money.
