I resigned from Bidvest Steiner in July 2013 with my last day being 31 July 2013. All my provident fund claims and withdrawals were done by the Financial Manager on my last day of service and I was told that it would take 4-6 weeks, I received an SMS from Alexandra Forbes saying something to that effect as well. Yesterday (12 Sept 2013) I received another SMS from Alexandra Forbes saying that the claim has been received and the process will start. Today (13 Sept 2013) I called the call centre to enquire and I was told that it would take another 4-6 weeks for me to receive the funds. This to me is unacceptable and shows a lack professionalism, lack of respect for customers and bad business practice and ethics. I would for this to be sorted as soon as possible please. Thank You
