Left the company where I worked in Dec 2011. Reqested for provident fund to be transferred to Mutual. Thought everythng went well, but got mails from AF requesting payslip, bank statement, ID etc (all during 2012). Mail stated that my claim tax directive has been declined! Spoke to Benjy Marais. I mailed it to admin@forbes, Got cust safistaction questionnaire from Veronica Masuabi - though no feedback. I realised during the last six months SABS took? R18000 from my lump sum - I did not take any funds - Why should I pay tax - No feedback from AF. No feedback from Mutual. No feedback from Foskor. I trusted my funds to AF and this is the service I get!! I am constantly asked to contact SARS. SARS wont contact me as a result of my email being unknown - Accountant Larciano in Phalaborwa cannot help me - Administrator of AF cannot help me - what do I do? I was told by Foskor Adminisrtator NOT to send my payslip and back statement to AF, it was a!!! Their own investor?
