Struggle to get my provident and pension fund

Since the 3rd of APRIL 2013, Till now i am struggling to get my provident and pension fund to be paid out by them.
Everyday we were calling them, and all we get is false promises.
Or they are telling me and my wife that our stuff is already at SARS and that it will be payed in my account in a weeks time. When i called SARS, SARS just tells me that they have not received any claims at all from NMG Benefits.
Now when i confronted them about that they are lying to me, they come with another story, telling me that my TAX number is wrong, but it isn't.
Today the 15th of May when i called SARS again, they have still not received anything. So called NMG againe. They come with the story that they can not get my stuff treu to SARS.
