POOR POOR SERVICE

I've been a loyal tax payer and sumbitting returns since I started working. All of a sudden when I resigned from my old employer there was an amount of about R44 000 taken by SARS from my pension fund because they believe that I owed money since 2011. The funny and creepy thing is that I submitted again in 2012 and was never advised of the money I owe. Now I've submitted again with the Randburg Branch on 16 July 2013 where I was assisted by a lady chewing gum, leaving her desk without asking me to excuse her, answering her mobile phone and later told me that my returns will be finalised within 21 days but when I follow up with the call centre today- Im now required to provide my ID, Banking details to the closest Branch and again another 21 days I'll have to wait to get my returns finalised! Why is SARS playing on honest people's lives and finances? Is it because they employ people who do not know what they are doing? Why they are there? How do I get this to Minister Pravin Gordhan? I'm sick and tired of fighting!
