No one can give me an answe

I have submitted my tax return for the 2013 tax year on the 03/07/2013 just as tax season opened. I see that SARS, on yesterday's newspaper, have finalised over 2million returns. When I want to know when mine will be finalised, they tell me they have over 90 days to finalise a claim, all good and well, but that was not my question. My query is why is it that, if 2million audits have been finalised, yet no one is able to let us know when mine can be finalised is a travesty. they ask for docs, we supply them with docs, then they request the same docs again, 40 days later is a joke. I need my return finalised now, but I can guarantee you, as anythig else with gvt. it will be finalised next year. meanwhile they go on the newspapers saying they are quick and efficient. get people with the know how and all should be ok...
