Very disappointed in Nedbank. I have a personal loan which I am paying of every month. Today I phoned the call centre on their 0860103038 to make arrangements, because I recently gave birth an I'm currently on maternity leave. My employer is not paying me a salary and UIF takes forever to pay out. But never the less I explained this to the operator. I don't get any money until I go back to work in September or until my maternity benefits gets paid out. I was informed that this will affect my credit record and that they can put me up as a bad payer? How on earth does that work. What kind of protection or planning has been made to assist mothers on maternity leave. I'm very annoyed and upset with Nedbank.
