UIF CLAIM NOT PROCESSED/ Delayed

Early this year as I was expecting my first child, I applied for both my Uif maternity and ordinary benefits. In August my maternity was paid in full and as a lump sum and was very happy and surprised for their prompt service.
In September I than began to enquire about when my ordinary benefit would be paid as I am still unemployed, It is than that my frustrations began, Since September I have been calling the department however to date I have not been assisted. For four months now i have been calling everyday and all i get is the file cannot be located or the file is taken for processing but still no payment received. This is very frustrating and stressing because i spend money I do not have calling this people sometimes twice or three times a day. I mean it goes without saying that if i were employed that obviously I would not be bothering them with calls everyday, however being in my position with a newborn I really do need them to make payment.
I have sent emails to the provincial offices as well however that too has been to no avail.
However I would like to thank Thapelo for his help during this ordeal his efforts have been noted and clearly the matter is beyond his control
