I feel they don't care about the people who are using the service day in and day out...
1. No one cared to inform me that I need to collect a card after I had done a registration a long time ago
2. No one took the time to tell me about the loading fee when I went to get a card at one of their service centres...
3. No one bothered to inform me about the balance that has to be left available on this card...
4. NO ONE TELLS ME THAT I NOW HAVE A PAY CARD WITH ABSA INSTEAD OF JUST A NORMAL BUS COUPON WITH NO FINANCIAL PENALTIES, WHY DONT BE TRANSPARENT AND HAVE SOMEONE INSIDE THESE BUSES EXPLAINING AND MONITORING THE SYSTEMS THAT ARE NOT EVEN WORKING PROPERLY UNTIL EVERYONE IS COMFORTABLE WITH IT...
5. NOT EVEN YOUR DRIVERS KNOW WHAT'S WHAT... TOTALLY WRONG REALLY... RATHER TELL ME HOW MUCH FOR HOW MANY TRIPS A MONTH AND LET ME KNOW HOW MUCH IS LEFT AS A BALANCE SO I KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON REALLY!!!
