On the 23/11/2012 I faxed through our client's ROE for the past three years which was overdue. The client made payments yearly but failed to submit the returns. I phoned numerous times trying to follow up on this as we needed a Good Standing Report. When I eventually came through I was told that the did not receive the fax. I then submitted the returns electronically received my assessments and made the final payment. Again this was faxed and emailed through to them. On the 11/01/2013 I phoned to follow up on the Good Standing Report and was told they did not receive my fax. Again I emailed the letter through and they said after receipt it would take up to 5 working days for them to send me the Good Standing Report. As at 31/01/2013 I have not yet received my Good Standing Report. Previously when looking for my fax and email I had to give them the exact time and date in order for them to search through the electronic faxes and emails. I have come to the conclusion that they only respond to your emails and faxes when you phone them or alternatively go to their head office to see them.
