On the 8th Jan I requested for my trolley bin to be replaced after the garbage collectors who are hired by the municipality damaged it and till today it is not replaced. I was promised that it will be delivered on 11th Jan. I called again on the 14th Jan and 17th Jan and after holding for? 30 minutes I was told that it will be delivered on the 18th. Until now my bin has not been delivered and no one is doing anything or have any knowledge of when it will be delivered.
