I am also batlling to claim my half of my ex-husbands pension fund! This has been ongoing from August 2012 up to now and still no joy!!! They had emailed copies as well as posted copies of all the relevant documents, which they confirmed they have! I am so tired of this bs! It is not as if i walked away with a house from my marriage. My children lived very poorly after my divorced and are only now getting head above water! What is going on with the GEPF??? Why don't they start to settle our claims or are they hoping we are going to disappear. I personally think we must all stand together and go to Carte Blanche and expose this farce of a "Clean-Break"
