In February I went to the GEPF offices in Johannesburg to submit claim forms with my banking details, I was told to wait for 8 weeks for the response. 8 weeks went past and no response came.
After a period of 3months I called the GEPF and was told that the forms were received and I had already been paid. After that incident I was told that the matter would be investigated and the forms will be re-issued and they will get back to me. After a long wait I decided to go to the GEPF offices in Pretoria and I was referred to the GPAA offices in Arcadia where I was assisted by the senior clerk by the name of Caiphus Silolo who told me the same thing that the money had already been paid out but there aren't any documents to prove that the money really has been paid out then promised to call and never did.

In August I received a call again from the GEPF this time asking about my late brother Bongani Nkosi who also has to claim as a beneficiary. When I told them that he also passed away, they told me that they will send a request that the money be paid into my account, they will call me and send forms again which I will have to fill in and submit, until today, there has been no call.
