I have been trying to get a DIrector split of our company since the beginning of the year, Firstly we thought it was a useless accountant who could not get the job done. He was them replaced by another under company supervision.
Cor44 (papers to elect new accountant) and Cor39 (Director split papers) were sent via THE POSTOFFICE registered mail in 3 March. CIPC said they had not received them. Same papers sent via Berco express twice 29 May and 3 June 2013. CIPC say the have not receive any of these papers. Then suddenly we receive notification that the Cor44 has been submited, but the Cor 39 are still missing. 16 July I email new papers as requested by the call centre to the letter. Today I have received and email saying that the COR39 submited on in the 18 March is incorrect.
Please can someone help - surely this should not be SOOOOOO hard.
