No service at all from CIPC - Pathetic!!!

I submitted a COR39 manually for 4 companies on 01/08/2013 & the forms still had not been approved by CIPC!! When calling CIPC numerous times without getting hold of anyone at the call centre or the persons on the service standard list as given to the public, I got hold of a consultant who informed me that CIPC is experiencing a backlog in manual submissions & that I should rather submit the COR39's electronically eventhough I have submitted the forms manually. So I followed his advice and submitted the COR39's with all the necessary documentation to CIPC electronically. I followed the steps 100% correct as I did with previous COR39 electronic submissions. I submitted the supporting documents with the COR39's to [Email Removed] on 29/10/2013 & again on 07/11/2013 for all 4 companies. It has been 12 working days since the first electronic submission and still the status shows to email CIPC the supporting documents to unlock the password! I have tried from last week to get hold of someone at CIPC to discuss this matter but like usual, no answer!! Yesterday when phoning Vuyani Nkohla he answered the phone & hanged-up after I said hello. I am highly disgusted with CIPC's service!
