Its terrible to be a residance in tshwane. may my vote to ANC does not matter, service deliver is extremely poor. i stay at Olievenhoutbosh EXT 36., Tshwane is busy exchanging electricity boxes on the streets, we got letters last week notifying us that they will cut the electricity temporally of which i did not get due to exchange of new boxes. On Thursday that was done and they knocked of at around 08:30 at night. They did not switch on the electricity back. We slept with no electricity. On Friday when i came back from work still no electricity, i went logged a query ref# 523/2., called on Saturday and Sunday still. The call centre agent keep on telling me that it's been escalated, cannot speak to the super visor or manager at the contact centre. I was told that the conversation is recorded and available on request. But the super visor Rose does not know the process.
Since Thursday without electricity, today is Monday.
