We lodged a CoR 39 under reference number 110720767 on 9 October 2013. This manual submission is still not registered. We tried lodging same electronically and are still waiting for the password to unlock the document some 3 months later. All queries via e-mail (sent as per the service delivery standards) have gone unanswered.
We also registered a company electronically under reference 718897877 and although we captured the director's details the company documents do not reflect same. We have sent numerous e-mails (as per service delivery standards) requesting rectification of the document - no response.
CIPC's inability to do their work correctly or timeously negatively reflects on our company as we are unable to get these issues resolved thereby providing our clients with a good service.
